Today we toured the Museum at Wewelsburg Castle. The SS used it as their headquarters prior and during World War II. It was a very haunting tour, reading all the material and looking at the pictures and watching the videos, knowing that Himmler and Hitler walked the same halls.
The museum tour made me wonder if history is starting to repeat itself.
The most sobering was when I found a list of those who had died while being there. It included a man named Heinrich Schroer. — Steve Schroer
